It is our mission to provide the best service in wastewater collection and treatment to our Goleta residents. We are very proud of our street
sweeping program, which aids in the control of storm water pollution.

Our Services - What We Do
- Operate and maintain a collection system and pump stations
- Maintain a GIS (Geographic Information System)
- Provided wastewater treatment through a contract with the Goleta Sanitary District
- Inspect and permit industries for control of water pollution
- Issue permits to allow connection to the District's system
- Inspect new construction for permit compliance
- Regular street sweeping
- Promote flood control
- Promote graffiti abatement
- Prevent ocean pollution
